Spa Factory Bali™ professional products and services are only available b2b to hotels, spas, retailers and exclusive distributors. We do not sell our products retail through this website. Before you commit to buying from us wholesale it is possible to purchase individual products as samples. There are two ways you can buy our products at wholesale prices:

Buying direct from Spa Factory Bali™
If you live in a country or territory that does not yet have an exclusive Spa Factory Bali™ distributor you can order directly from this website. To be able to access our Sample and Wholesale Order Forms you must first fill in the form on the Registration Page. After your form has been processed, we will reply to the email address provided with confirmation that you may access price lists.

You will notice that the Private Label Section does have prices shown without password protection. These prices are also wholesale and should allow a retailer an excellent margin if the products are being purchased to sell direct to the final consumer. The reason the prices are shown in this manner it to allow for easy calculation and to help the client build a customized product to a specific price target.

When the client has chosen the products to be ordered they can fill in the Excel order form and send to sales@spafactorybali.com. We will then reply with a price quote and information on shipping from Bali. Upon client approval we will send an invoice. Our payment policy is a 50% deposit to initiate the order with the balance to be paid before the goods are released for shipment.

Buying from an exclusive Spa Factory Bali™ distributor.
Clients who live in a country or territory with an exclusive Spa Factory Bali™ distributor will be able to purchase our professional product from the distributor's stock lists in local currency. Wholesale price lists will be available online in the respective distributor's version of this website. You will find a list of all our exclusive distributors on the Index Page of this website. If, when you register, your business in one of the countries with distribution your information will be passed to the exclusive distributor for further follow up. Also your login and password will only allow you access to the order forms in your home country. You will not be able to access ex-Bali prices or order forms from other countries. Under no circumstances will we ship Spa Factory Bali™ product directly to a client in a country or territory with an exclusive distributor representing our brand.
